Zameen ki taqseem baap ki wafaat ke bad

Q: Ma baap ki death k ba'd 5 behne aur 5 bhai he. Ab betiya baap ki zameen me hissadar he ya apne bhaiyo ke ghar me bhi jo unho ke baap ki zameen pe apne paiso ka banaya huwa hai jab ke baap ne ghar wali jagah zubani taqseem ki huwi he likh ke nahi di huwi. Baap ki wafaat ke ba'd ab behne sirf aik bhai se dushmani ki wajah se usse ghar nahi bachne de rahi aur apna hissa maang rahi he.

A: Baap ke mar jaane ke bad baap ke jitne aulaad he larke aur larkiya uske maal aur jaidaad me sab ka haq he, aur kisee ka haq dabaana ya rokna ye bohot hee bara zulm aur lanat ki baat he.
