Nikaah se pehle qasam khana ke agar aisa kaam karu to mangeter ko teen talaaq

Q: Me ne jab mangni ki ti nikah nahi howa ta uske bad me ne qasam khayi ke agar me aik ghalat kaam ta agar wo karu tu meri mangetar ko 3 talaq... Shadi tak me us kaam se bacha raha shadi ke saal bad me ne dobara wo kaam kiya... Qasam khaya ta shadi se pehle us waqt meri biwi meri nikah me nahi ti aur qasam torh diya nikah ke bad... Intention mera ye ta ke me is kaam ko chorh du bus... Ab aap bataye talaq hogayi ya nahi me boht tension me hu.

A: Nikaah saheeh he. Ayse alfaaz har giz nahi kehna chaahiye. Kabhi ye alfaaz bare mushkilaat me aapko phasa dega.
