Burial of a Muslim whose family are non-Muslim

Q: A non-Muslim accepts the shahadah on his dying bed, but his/her non-Muslim family members don't not know this. How should the dead person be buried? If the non-Muslim family members are causing trouble and don't want the deceased to have anything with Islam, what is to be done there?

A: If Muslims have knowledge of his condition and are able to get control of the body, then they should give him ghusal, kafan and bury him in the Islamic manner.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
