Reciting the dua in janaazah salaah without knowing the gender of the deceased

Q: I offered janaazah prayer behind an imam, but before the prayer, I did not know whether the janaazah was for a man, woman or child. During the prayer, I recited the dua that is recited for a man. After the prayer, I asked who the dead is, and it was a man. Will my janaazah prayer be valid?
A: Yes.
