Q: Is it permissible for a woman to read salaah with her purdah on?

A: If a woman is performing salaah in the confines and privacy of her home, then she should keep her face open while performing salaah. Unnecessarily, a woman should not perform salaah in a public area or in the presence of non mahrams as this will invade her privacy.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
