Repeating a sin after making taubah

Q: What happens if you make taubah and commit the same sin and this is then repeated 2 or 3 more times?
A: You should sincerely repent to Allah Ta'ala for falling into the sin again and with deep remorse and regret, beg Allah Ta'ala to forgive you. Thereafter, you should make a firm resolve that you will never repeat the sin again in the future. In order to save yourself from slipping again, you should exercise caution in the future and refrain from all those avenues that had led you to commit the sin.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
