Applying eyebrow makeup to enhance the shape
Q: Is it permissible to do eyebrow makeup without plucking any hair? It usually involves applying gel liners inside the eyebrows and then brushing them with a specific brush. This helps darken them/enhances their shape.
A: Yes, if there are no haraam ingredients and it does not imitate the style of kuffaar and fussaaq.

عن ابن عمر قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من تشبه بقوم فهو منهم (سنن أبي داود، الرقم: 4033)
من تشبه بقوم أي من شبه نفسه بالكفار مثلا في اللباس وغيره أو بالفساق أو الفجار أو بأهل التصوف والصلحاء الأبرار فهو منهم أي في الإثم والخير (مرقاة المفاتيح 4/431)
