Purchasing veg food from restaurants that sell doubtful meat
Q: I am aware that generally the meat found in the restaurants of Saudi Arabia are not fit for consumption due to the method of slaughtering. Assuming that such meat is carrion, would it be permissible to eat veg food from such restaurants. E.g. buying a veg pizza from Pizza Hut. Is there any risk of contamination?
A: It is a shar`ee requirement that you abstain from places and people who are not concerned about halaal and haraam.
