Is a foster daughter a mahram for her foster uncle?

Q: Is a woman's foster children (i.e. the children she breastfed) who are female mahram for her biological brother?

A: If she breastfed the child within the period of breastfeeding (before the child reached 2 years of age), then the child will be her foster child and her brother will be the child's foster uncle. Hence, the brother will be a mahram for the child.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
