Issuing three talaaqs to one's pregnant wife

Q: If a man gives his pregnant wife 3 talaaqs by repeating "I talaaq you, I talaaq you, I talaaq you" like that and she leaves his home, can he take her back? At the time of the talaaq being given, the father alone witnessed it together with the wife.
1. Are the 3 talaaqs valid?
2. Can they reconcile?
3. Is a talaaq allowed while the wife is pregnant?
A:
1. She is haraam for him.
2. The only way that they can reconcile is after going through the process of halaalah.
3. Yes.
