One shareholder taking the skin of the qurbaani animal

Q: If a family decides to slaughter a cow for qurbaani, one member/shareholder wishes to take the skin as its just going to be given to the farmer, and no other shareholder has interest in it, after mutual consultation and agreement from all the shareholders, can he take it for himself?

A: If all the shareholders are given equal meat and one shareholder wishes to also take the skin, then he can take the skin but he should take a little less meat.
