Reciting qiraat audibly and inaudibly in salaah

Q: If one was reading the qira'ah in salaah with an audible voice, then read without moving the lips a few times, will the salaah be invalid?

A: If one recites some portion of the qiraat audibly and some portion in one's mind, then if the portion one recited audibly fulfils the fard qiraat, then the salaah will be valid, however, sajdah sahw will be waajib if one had left out the audible recitation of surah faatiha or a part of surah faatiha or one remained silent for the duration of three subhaanallahs or more.
