Regarding Haraam to be Halaal

Q: If a person thinks that doing love affairs is not a sin, and kissing his girlfriend is not a sin, but he believes that zina is a sin. Will he become a kafir?

A: If he is ignorant of the law, then he will not become a kaafir. However, if despite knowing that this is haraam, he regards it as halaal, he will become a kaafir.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
