Doubting if one's wudhu or ghusl is done

Q: What should one do when one has done an action (e.g. ghusl or wudhu) and he is 90% or more certain that the act was done but 10 hours later one begins to doubt.
A: If he was initially certain and thereafter began to doubt, then he should not pay attention to the doubts that enter his mind later on.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
