Cleaning oneself in public restrooms

Q: How is one supposed to clean himself after defecating in restrooms in public malls, offices, planes and trains etc. in western countries.
I am from Pakistan and we have Muslim showers everywhere but I have moved recently and I travel a lot due to the nature of my work and this dilemma is driving me nuts. Kindly guide me.
A: Whether you are in Pakistan or anywhere else you should clean yourself just as a Muslim cleans himself. Going to a western country does not make you a non-Muslim that you ape their ways. You should maintain your values and your laws of cleanliness. Many people carry water along and wash themselves.
