Taking a pension loan from the government

Q: I had met with an accident and I'm at home completely. My mother is a pensioner and my brother too is living along with his kids. We have no savings with us. We got a loan on pension. Can I take the money for my angiography as I cannot work and no one to help me for this treatment?

A: If the government is giving you this money as a loan and there are no impermissible elements or clauses attached to it (e.g. riba), then it will be permissible for you to accept it and use it for your treatment.
