Marriage between foster brother and sister
Q: If a women has breast fed two children they both cannot marry each other but one child has got breast feeding from the women directly and due to excessive milk of the woman, she has taken that milk in vessel and has fed the other child but he has not sucked her breast for feeding. Is the nikah still not allowed between both the children?
A: The nikaah is not allowed.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
( هو مص الرضيع من ثدي الآدمية في وقت مخصوص ) أي وصول اللبن من ثدي المرأة إلى جوف الصغير من فمه أو أنفه في مدة الرضاع الآتية فشمل ما إذا حلبتلبنها في قارورة فإن الحرمة تثبت بإيجار هذا اللبن صبيا وإن لم يوجد المص وإنما ذكره لأنه سبب للوصول فأطلق السبب (البحر الرائق 3/238)
يحرم على الرضيع أبواه من الرضاع وأصولهما وفروعهما من النسب والرضاع جميعا (الفتاوى الهندية 1/ 343)
