Best Duaa For Marriage

Q: Are there any duas a female can read for marriage? I have been told about reading Surah Mumtahinah and Surah Dahr.

A: The best thing is dua after every namaaz. Read durood shareef and beg Allah Ta`ala’s help. One may read the following dua after every namaaz seven times together with durood shareef before the dua and after the dua:

رَبِّ اِنِّى لِمَاۤ اَنزَلْتَ اِلَیَّ مِنْ خَيرٍ فقير ﴿۲۴﴾

(O my Rabb! I am in need to the good that You bestow upon me. (Surah al-Qasas, Aayah 24))
