Q: There is a miracle in quran called 19 bond. Is it true.

A: These things have no basis in Shari'ah. There are based on superstition. In Deen we are commanded to source our knowledge from authentic and reliable books, such books that have been accepted and authenticated during the centuries of Islam. Accepting from any place or any person is nothing but speculation. If we are unclear about any issue, we should refer to reliable Ulama' and seek their guidance.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
