Taking back a conditional divorce

Q: If a man in anger said to his wife that if you commit something, it will be equivalent to 3 divorce. Then when his anger subsides he takes his words
back but latter if the wife committed so, would divorce occur or not as the husband has taken his condition back?

A: These are words that he cannot take back. Usually, these words are taken in a general sense. When it is general it is meant for all times and when it is meant for all times it cannot be revoked.
