Giving doubtful food to non-Muslims

Q: Can a muslim give off doubtful foodstuffs like chocolates, biscuits, etc to a non muslim because throwing off mashbooh foodstuffs is a little upsetting?

A: If one is not clear about the ingredients of a certain food, one can give it in sadaqah to a non-Muslim.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
