How to overcome the need to have relations often?

Q: I am finding that my body is very hot. My libido is very high and hence every 2 days I desire to have relations with my wife. I feel this is too much, and I'm trying to bring this down to once a week. Is there anything I can read, or any Islamic guidance for this issue. I am not looking at haram etc, it is just happening.

A: Consult your wife. If you are not comfortable with just one wife then speak to her about it. If not, then fast for some days and live off fruit and vegetables.
