Finding a spec of paint on one's face after Salaah
Q: I performed asr once, broke my wudoo, went downstairs and the banisters of the stairs have paint bits that come off onto your hands [not wet paint, its like white specks that come off] and then I made wudoo' and went back upstairs using banisters, prayed and when I finished after a short while of being in my room I looked in the mirror and noticed a small speck on my eyelid and this speck doesn't really take much to take off, even a rub does it and now what do I do? Do I assume my prayer's valid as it could have been either times, but most likely the speck would have come off in wudoo as you wash your face three times?
A: If it is non-porous then the wudhu is not valid.

Q: It probably was non-porous so I did qadha of the 'Asr and Maghrib namaz I did with the same Wudhu, but.. I am sure like (80-90%) that I didn't use the same Wudhu for 'Isha, do I have to do 'Isha qadha just in case?
A: You do not have to make qadha of Esha.

ومن أيقن بالطهارة وشك في الحدث فهو على الطهارة ومن أيقن بالحدث وشك في الطهارة فهو على الحدث لأن اليقين لا يبطل بالشك (بدائع الصنائع 1/33)
ولو أيقن بالطهارة وشك بالحدث أو بالعكس أخذ باليقين ولو تيقنهما وشك في السابق فهو متطهر (الدر المختار 1/150)
قال أبو جعفر: ومن أيقن بالطهارة فلا يزول عنها بشك في حدث ومن أيقن بحدث فلا يزول عنه بشك في طهارة وذلك لما روى سهيل بن أبي صالح عن أبيه عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: إذ كان أحدكم في الصلاة فوجد حركة في دبر أحدث أو لم يحدث فأشكل عليه فلا ينصرف حتى يسمع صوتا أو يجد ريحا (شرح مختصر الطحاوي للجصاص 1/403)
يجب على المصلي أن يقدم الطهارة من الأحداث والأنجاس على ما قدمناه (مختصر القدوري صــ 26)
ومن فاتته الصلاة قضاها إذا ذكرها وقدمها لزوما على صلاة الوقت إلا أن يخاف فوات صلاة الوقت فيقدم صلاة الوقت ثم يقضيها فإن فاتته صلوات رتبها في القضاء كما وجبت في الأصل إلا أن تزيد الفوائت على ست صلوات فيسقط الترتيب فيها (مختصر القدوري صــ 31)
