Husband experiencing problems being intimate

Q: I am married for one and half years. I have been blessed with a baby girl Alhamdu liallah. My husband has erection problems. We hardly have intercourse. I feel very depressed and annoyed. What should I do according to Islam? He thinks it is fine, there is no need for treatment.
A: Islam teaches us that he should also understand that there are procedures and there is the need to show importance to people’s emotions and feelings. He could be counselled, perhaps and shown ways to understand how to sustain and satisfy through foreplay etc.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
