The Private Organ Touching One's Underwear Without Washing

Q: If one urinates, then he does his best to release all remaining drops by pressing under the scrotum and squeezing the private organ few times, thereafter he wipes the front of the private organ with a dry tissue. Then he wraps a tissue around it. Now the person sleeps and when he gets up he sees the tissue was scrolled away during sleep and the private organ did touch his underwear. Is his underwear considered impure? i.e. if the private organ is wiped off with a dry tissue without washing, and the dry private organ does touch the underwear, is the underwear impure?

Touching a Pigskin Leather Jacket

Q: If one touches with ones hand or clothes for example a pigskin leather jacket, does his hand/clothes become impure? If one is praying and someone joins the saff who is wearing a pigskin leather jacket, and during the Salaah the pigskin leather jacket does touch the person for a duration of one rukun does his Salaah become nullified?

Toilet Paper as an Alternative to Water

Q: Can tissue paper be used as an alternative of water for istinjaa? That is to clean the specific areas while using toilet. If yes, then is there any specific method to be followed, or just clean until we get natural satisfaction? Please confirm in all of the possible conditions:
a) If  clean water is available.
b) If there is doubt there the water available may not be clean.
c) If no water is available at the spot.

Wudhu If Mazi Remains In the Passage And Does Not Flow

Q: I have a problem with mazi. Will wudhu break if mazi comes out but does not flow from the opening? Sometimes I roll up tissue into a ball and insert it to block up the opening. The entire tissue gets wet with mazi but no mazi flows out. Will Wudhu break?

Thin Layer of Skin Peeling Off After Wudhu

Q: If after making wudhu and drying hands, one hits a wall and thereby a little piece of thin layer skin peels off, does this break the wudhu?

Repairing The Holes of The Khuff

Q: If a khuff has a hole or more holes, is it allowed to repair the holes with another piece of khuff-material sewing it around over the hole? Instead of sewing it over the hole, is it also allowed to glue it over the hole?

Reading In the State of Janaabat

Q: Are the following things allowed in the state of obligatory bath:

Experiencing a Discharge Continuously

Q: I have had a vaginal discharge that is whitish yellowish/cream in colour. This discharge has been for years. After the birth of my child it is still there. It is very uncomfortable since my underwear gets stained and I just feel napaak. The gynaecologist says that it is normal... But I don't know whether I am paak or not. I have been changing before each namaaz or when I feel the discharge and the salah time set. This is very difficult especially when going out. I will be going for umrah inshallah. PLEASE advise me what I should do since to make whudhu and change at every salaah is very difficult in the haram. PLEASE advise.

Masah on Ordinary Socks

Q: I have a question regarding masah on socks. Since we have not started to pray dhur in school, when some students perform wudhu, I see them doing masah on socks (regular socks worn when you wear school shoes), and then they head out to pray in Jama'a. Sometimes the person who is leading Jama'a has also done this type of Masah, now I am confused, is this type of masah on socks not permissible in hanafi fiqh or all four school of thoughts?  If the person did this type of masah is the salah valid? also a person who lead the Jama'a (group salah), is the salah of the followers (who pray behind) also valid?  What can be done if this is not permissible? should I inform the students?  Also, on which socks is masah permissible? Is normal socks like what students wear during school permissible? Moreover, since the floor is flat that has no prayer mat (some areas there are), is it allowed to pray with shoes on? (school shoes) even if you are praying on the prayer mat?

Entering The Haramain In The State of Haidh

Q: If a woman has her monthly period during her stay in Makkah or Madinah during Umra, is it completely impermissible for her to enter the Sacred Mosque in Makkah or the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah? It seems most of the scholars are of the opinion that it is impermissible. How do women get around this problem? Thousands of Muslims go to Umra every year and yet I have never heard anyone bring up this problem, surely not all the women who go to umra are off their menses yet you hardly ever hear of a woman staying in her hotel room due to her menses, instead they enter the masaajid as freely as their men companions.
