Awrah of a person being exposed during salaah

Q: Is it permissible to join the salaahs when a person undertakes a journey and is a musaafir?
For example, you are leaving a country and it is zuhr time, so before the flight, you join zuhr and asr? Or you visited a country and you go to a shop and maghrib time sets in, so you read maghrib and esha together. Is this permissible, and if not, does one get a sin when they do it?
Q: Let’s say someone does wudu for each salah but intentionally prays with impurity on his body. Is him doing wudu for each salah a clear indication that he’s NOT rejecting the obligation of removing impurity on the body before salah?

Q: Given the spread and propagation of Interfaith and the Abrahamic Religion, what is the shar'i ruling on performing Salaah in a multi-faith prayer room?
Multi-faith prayer rooms are now found at airports, petrol stations, malls, offices etc. Some multi-faith prayer rooms have the symbols for each religion, at together, displayed on the wall or door.
Q: Is salaat valid if performed with a small tear in one's trouser exposing a little bit of one's thigh? Does salaat performed in this condition have to be repeated?
Q: When reading say maybe 4 sunnats of Zuhr Salaah. Can one make multiple intentions, for example, intention for wudhu salaah as well. Or is multiple intentions only acceptable in nafl salaah?
Q: I was travelling to Durban and stopped in Harrismith to make Zohr. On my was back I stopped again to make Zohr, and was told after I completed my salah that I was facing the wrong direction. I am not sure if the brother was correct, but do I need to repeat my salaah?
