Construction of the Musjid

Q: Can we use MN Neraga funding or government funding in building up our masjids?

Q: My question is, is there a ruling regarding what distance should a musjid be from a residential area when building a musjid or can it be built at any place regardless if its too close to or far from a residential area?

Q: Can a Musjid be built at a place where there was a toilet?

Q: Is it permissible to build a musjid with three flats on the top. One for the Imaam, one for the Mu'azzin and one to give on rent as income for the Musjid. If other accommodation is later on found for the Imaam and Mu'azzin, and the place becomes vacant, can the three flats be given on rent
for the income of the Musjid?

Q: I had donated a rented building to a charitable organisation. Recently lot of Muslims have settled down in that locality and there is a need for a mosque. Can a mosque be constructed on the first floor of the building I had given away in waqf to the charitable organisation?

Q: A certain organization made public announcements and adverts that they will be using excess Qurbaani funds for the construction of a Masjid in a rural area. Is this permissible or is it based on urf i.e. if people don’t mind then it's fine otherwise it is impermissible?

Q: What is the ruling concerning building a mosque or jamaat khana in the vicinity of another mosque... i.e. if a mosque is already present in an area, can one build another mosque or jamaat khana nearby (e.g., withing walking distance)?
