Conditions for the validity of Nikaah

Q:

1. Is marrying for money halaal?

2. If yes, should the amount given in salami or as a gift be returned after divorce? Is it obligatory in Islam?

Q: When I was in school, I had been in a relationship and for fun my friends wrote a nikaah naama which included all the details like my parents' name, witnesses, lawyer, molvi (my friends pretended to be one of the characters). It even included the mahr. Then a female friend asked us separately if we accept each other as wife and husband thrice and we both said qubool hai 3 times. I had taken it as a joke and ignored it but now after several years, an aalimah I know told me that the nikkah was done at that time and I should either immediately tell my parents about this so that the nikaah would complete or ask the guy for divorce or else I would be doing a major sin. I want to confirm if I did get married or not.

Q: I got married for a second time to a woman who is 32 years younger to me. She married me with all her consent through court marriage 6 years ago and through this marriage Allah blessed us with a beautiful daughter. Recently her behaviour towards me has become very harsh and does not respect me anymore. Alhamdollilah as far as sexual part, it is quite satisfying for both of us.

My question is:

1. Have I committed a sin by marrying a woman 32 years younger than me? I am meeting all her demands successfully. Alhamdollilah by Allah’s blessings physically everything is satisfactory.

2. Can you please let me know how to guide my wife to start respecting me again?

Q: If someone/girl agrees to a "temporary marriage" aka muta marriage to a shia .. does this mean she leaves the fold of Islam? And if so what are the necessary procedures to come back into islam ?

Q: I am planning to get married and proposed for a certain girl. The girl whom I want to marry said that if I accept the condition of not taking a second wife in the future, then she will marry me. Personally, I also do not want to take a second wife in the future. I want to spend my life with my first wife till I die. The question is: can we make the condition of not taking a second wife in the future at the time of the nikaah?

Q:

1. A man says to a woman,’Did You marry Rahim?’ The woman replies,’Yes’ in front of many people. Does it mean they are married?

2. A man says to a woman, ’Are you marrying Rahim?’ The woman replies,’Yes’ in front of many people. Are Rahim and the woman married?

Q: Suppose a man is jokingly saying the ijaab of marriage loudly being all alone in the room. But a woman and two male Muslims from another room hears this and the woman says the qubool in front of these two men. Will they be married?

Q: Zayd comes to Zaynab and conducts her marriage to Shuaib in front of two male witnesses. But Shuaib did not appoint Zayd as his representative. Is the marriage valid?

Q: Can a woman suffering with anal fissures get married? Will anal fissures in a wife affect the husband and wife relationship on their first night of marriage?

Q:

1. If a man does the ijaab of marriage in front of two witnesses but the woman does not say the qubool, will there be any marriage?

2. If a man says to a woman‘you are my wife’ in front of two male people,will it be considered a marriage?
