Q: I was told that if talaq e bain takes place once between a couple, the same couple can remarry during the time of iddat? So I want to ask, is it true that the same couple can marry during the iddah period according to Hanafi fiqh?
Q: I had given my wife a Talaaq Rajii (revokable) in October 2024 after she demanded it.
During the iddat period we had been intimate but I did not utter the words that "I am taking her back".
I am a Hanafi and she is a Shafi. I'm not sure if that makes a difference.
