Hadith

Eating and drinking Haraam

Q:

  1. Is there a hadith which says a person who eats or drinks haram, his dua and salah is not accepted for 40 days?
  2. After eating haram, if the person repents straight away will his dua and salah be accepted or it will still not be accepted until after 40 days?

Hadith Query

Q: I have seen this in posts but without any reference. Is it possible to get the exact text and where its from?

Jibrail (alaihissalam) once came to The Holy Prophet (Sallallahooalahi-Wasallam) and said Allah has given me the knowledge to count every leaf on earth, every fish in the sea, every star in the sky and every particle of sand on earth, but there's only one thing I cant count. Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) asked Jibrail (Alayhis Salaam) what is it? Jibrail (Alayhis Salaam) replied: When one of your Ummah recites Durood or salaams to you the blessing Allah showers upon him becomes impossible for me to count.

Hadith Question

Q: Is there a hadith that was collected by Al-Bayhaqi in which the Prophet said: 'Say what is true, although it may be bitter and displeasing to people.'? If so, can you give the exact reference? And is the hadith authentic in its meaning?

Kalimahs

Q: My question is about the six kalimahs in Islam. Please tell me the importance of the six kalimahs and where are they written?

Hadith Question

Q: Who fasts on any of the Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays consecutively (meaning all 3 days together) of every or any of the Sacred Months, he will receive the reward of making ibadah for 700 years. There are 4 months which are Sacred, they are: Rajab, Dhul Qi'dah, Dhul Hijjah, and Muharram.

Also its been related that whoever fasts three consecutive days in the Sacred Months, that is Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Allah will distance him from the Fire.

In Another It is mentions in a Hadith that the person who keeps three fasts in the Sacred months, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, he will receive the reward of making ibadah for two years. That is, on the Day of Judgement it will be written in his book of deeds that he had made ibadah for two years in return for these three days of fasting. Another version says: One who fasts in the sacred months on three days:

Thursday, Friday and Saturday Allah writes for him the reward of worship of 900 years for fasting during the day and remaining awake in night. this is mentioned in Tabarani In these months, the reward for good deeds is multiplied; and though committing sins is forbidden at all times, it is even more forbidden during these months.

I just wanted to know the authenticity and the reference for these books.
