Irregular bleeding after child birth

Q: I am having problems regarding menstruation since childbirth.

1. After delivering my first baby I bled for a few days but saw blood tinged or yellow discharges for up to 48 days. (Started praying after 40 days) 48 days after delivery I experienced a proper menstrual bleeding for 7 days ( all symptoms like cramping, flow, color etc. resembled haidh that I experienced before pregnancy) therefore did not pray in these 7 days. Since tuhr has to be at least 15 days, will this bleeding be considered Istihaaza? Will I have to make up for missed Salaahs?

2. Due to nursing, my period hasn't returned after the above mentioned 7 day bleeding. Instead I see a very slight tinge of blood in my regular, otherwise clear discharge. This means, not a single drop of blood stains my clothing. This happened once after 26 days and did not reoccur so I took it as istihaza. After 17 more days I see such traces after every 2 days or so. I am not missing any prayers because this is nothing like my usual period. But I want to ask: do I have to avoid relations with my husband? If yes, for how many days?

Going out to purchase something with another woman

Q:

1. Can a I ask a Muslim woman who usually does not wear burqa while going out to accompany me to go nearby shops to buy necessary house hold items? Please note that I wear burqa and cover up myself while going out and there is no male in our house to buy things so we have to ask some neighbour ladies to accompany us for shopping and all.

2. Our relative lady knows driving can we go with her in their car to buy things? Please note that she doesn't wear burqa and drives the car.

3. If a woman drives car wearing burqa but face is uncovered can we go with her somewhere?

Women leaving the home

3. Can a woman go for shopping with her husband while she is covered in burqa?

4.If one's husband wants his wife to accompany him whenever he go out except to mosque and office will it be permissible for her go with her husband while they both are travelling in their car provided she is fully covered in burqa?

Family re-unions

Q: Would it be permissible to attend a family re-union? All the family is not into strict pardah but the few that are, will be together. Will it be permissible to attend? I want to go with the intention of strengthening family ties as this is the first time in five years that all the family will be together. But I don't want to go if I will be sinful?

Talaaq after khalwat

Q: My daughter accepted a proposal and the boys parents asked for the Nikah to be done. My Daughter accepted as it was the correct thing to do. She never moved to her marital home . As she never been with any men or involved in any relationships, the two brief visits with her husband was a bit uncomfortable. She felt awkward if he held her hand etc. This was the first time ever alone with a male in a relationship. She was very anxious and nervous. The Husband gave her talaaq as he felt she was meant to be in love with him when she agreed to the Nikaah. The Mother has sent back all the gifts we gave him and ashurah gifts we sent them. They also feel that there is no iddat. The talaaq was sent by sms. The Boys parents didn't want to wait or try. My daughter started her iddat. The marriage was not consummated.
