Q: Why must we recite abundant durood on Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam)?
Q: Why must we recite abundant durood on Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam)?
Q: In the hadith below, do we have to recite this particular durood or can any durood be read.
Reciting One Hundred Durood after Fajr and Maghrib
Hazrat Jaabir رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ reports that Hazrat Rasulullah صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ said, "The one who recites one hundred Durood upon me immediately after performing the Fajr Salaah, before speaking, Allah تبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى will fulfill one hundred of his needs. Allah تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى will hasten the fulfillment of thirty needs (in this world), and Allah تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى will keep the fulfillment of seventy in store for the Hereafter, and similar will be the case if one recites the Durood after the Maghrib Salaah (i.e. one will receive the same virtue)." The Sahaabah رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُم enquired, "How should we recite Durood upon you, O Rasul of Allah صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ?" Rasulullah صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ instructed the Sahaabah رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُم to recite the following Durood one hundred times:
إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَمَلئِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّوْنَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ يَأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا صَلُّوْا عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّد
Secondly, when reciting this durood, do we read the ayat as well or only اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّد
Q: In sunnah and fard salaah, what duas can I read in sajdah?
Further, in nafil salah, can I make dua in English in sajdah?
Q: What is most favourite name of Allah of Himself? I want to approach Him with that name.
Q: I was in hardship and in a desperate situation. I wanted my dua to get accepted so I asked God not to give me anything nor would I ask for anything in Jannah if God accept my dua. I think my dua got accepted but I feel a little regret. This is because I feel I'll lose out in the hereafter.
Can I do anything to reverse this? My life in dunya hasn't gone to plan and I don't want my akhirah to fail also.
Q:
1. Is it a sin and a spiritual disease to talk to Allah (SubhaanaHu Wa Ta'alaa) all the time verbally or in heart? Does it count as talking too much? And can one talk to Allah (SubhaanaHu Wa Ta'alaa) about things that are not related to Deen, like when someone see a bird or an animal or something permissible to see, they say to Allah (SubhaanaHu Wa Ta'alaa), "What a beautiful bird You have made."
2. How casually can one speak to Allah (SubhaanaHu Wa Ta'alaa)? I have had very little friends and I don't talk a lot with my parents nowadays. But, I speak casually to Allah (SubhaanHu Wa Ta'alaa) like He is a friend. I don't speak with disregard for His station, that is He is our Master. I also see Him like a child sees a parent, like a caretaker. Is it permissible to speak casually? I'll feel depressed if I can't.
Q: Can I utter words of (wishes/desires) in my dua. Example "Oh Almighty, please fulfill 'my desires and wish of a second marriage.'"
Q: Is there any specific duas we should read for the Muslims in Palestine?
Q: We know that Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) was sent as a mercy for everyone from a verse in the Quran in Surah al Anbiya, verse 107. If he is mercy then why do we need to send salutations and mercy upon him?
Q: Are there any particular steps or duas to mention for duas to be answered?
