Q: I am working to build a social media app where users can post their selfies and self expressions. Will it be haram?
Women can share only face photos, as the man. Both can see each others face only. In that case, will it be haram?
Q: Is it permissible to give like, care, angry, love reacts on Facebook?
Q: Is it permissible to create bitmoji on snapchat and on other apps for fun and also putting anime profile pictures?
Q: Is it necessary to deactivate the social media account of a deceased person? The person only has a few photos on their account.
Q: Is it allowed for a married Muslim woman to wear makeup and post her pictures on social media platforms like imo, WhatsApp, Facebook and telegram without the consent of her husband? If not what is the Islamic ruling for a wife who constantly do such things by violating the command of her husband despite telling her several times to refrain from posting her photo on social media?
Please I need your advice on this matter. What should I do? I have been telling my wife several times not to post her photo as it is against the sharia of Islam, however after I convinced her, she takes my advice for time being and agrees not to do it again, but after some time she continued to do it again and again.
Q: I have Snapchat but I'm not able to remove my astrological sign and I know it is haraam, what should I do?
Q: What is the sin for Muslim women who upload photos onto social media without any head covering and are enjoying comments from men?
Q: Is it a sin to upload my own profile photo on LinkedIn or Instagram? I avoid it but almost all modest women upload their pictures. It is so tempting. What is the ruling?
Q: I am currently studying in a medical university. I want to share Islamic knowledge with my classmates. Is it permissible for me to make a WhatsApp group of my classmates, including both male and female, and then share Islamic knowledge on that group. There will be NO personal contact with any female.
There are already many other WhatsApp groups in which the whole class is added for study discussions. So if I use the same platform to spread Islamic knowledge, is it permissible?
