Q: What is the ruling on wiping the neck in wudu? 

Some scholars say that it is Bidah and that wiping the neck is an innovation hence I would like for you to please clarify on this.

Q: Glycerin, glyceryl stearate, stearic acid, biotin collagen, keratin and hydrolysed keratin are ingredients used in cosmetic products that are derived from animals. Some of them can be derived from plants too, but if each ingredient mentioned is derived from animals, can the cosmetic products be used?

Q: 

1. If the wudhu of a mazoor person (urine incontinence) sometimes, but not always, lasts through a short salaah period, namely maghrib, will he still be considered a mazoor? 

2. If he accidently sleeps through a salaah period, he will not know whether or not something exited, since movement is little during sleep, it's unlikely something exited, will he still be considered a mazoor?

Q: I have scratched the inside of my eye, which is leading it to constantly tear up. Are these tears impure because my eye is sore when I close it and it gets teary and the tears have went on my bed.

Q: If a person has on black clothing and blood comes onto the cloth through a wound etc. But he can't determine the amount of blood exactly due to the color of the clothing and read Namaz, does he have to repeat it? What should he do?

Q: I am, as per blood results and my doctor, on the brink of Type 2 diabetes. One of the options to try and reverse this is to use a continuous glucose monitor. What is the position with this in terms of ghusl? 

The patch is kept on for 14 days at a time and then changed. Please advise what is the position in terms of ghusl as if we are required to remove this in ghusl then it cannot work as each patch costs almost R1500 per 2 weeks.

Q: I would like to know what is the sharee ruling regarding the urine of a cat. I have heard that according to one view in the Hanafi Mazhab, the urine of a cat is paak and if it comes onto one’s clothing, one does not have to wash the clothing. Is this correct and if correct, is it the preferred view in the Hanafi Mazhab?
