Committing suicide out of fearing of getting raped

Q: As suicide is haram in Islam but what if a Muslim commits suicide because she will get raped by an evil person. Is it still considered as haram and what if a man commits suicide as he was asked to have illegal sex with the queen of his place? If he does not have sex than he will die and if he has sex then he will be punished in the hereafter.

A:

1. If she was not in her right frame of mind and at the point of desperation she did whatever she did, insha-Allah, Allah will forgive her.

2. We suggest that you don't ask things that are far fetched and unlikely to happen.
