Maa baap nabaaligh larki ka nikaah parhaana

Q: Hamary gaon may ek larki ka nikah huwa tha. Uski age one month thi ab wo larki near 23 year hogai hy or ab wo larki us nikah ko nahi manti jo usk walden nay parhaya tha bachpan may. Ab jis larky ke sath nikaah huwa tha wo usko nahi chorta or larki us nikah ko qabool nahi karti. Ab larki court may jay ya wo nikkah shariat may jaiz nahi he or court wali talaaq shariat may jaiz he ya nahi?

A: Is surat me jab maa baap ne nikaah parhaya, to nikaah saheeh he.
