Q: Meri car ka accident hua picche se dusri car ne mara to mene insurance claim kiya meri insurance company ne muje kuch paise diye kya us paise ka istemal karna mere liye jaiz he?

A: Insurance haraam he. Is haraam aqd ku faskh kare owr Allah Ta'ala se tawbah kare owr pukhta azam kare ke aainda tum is gunaah nahi karenge. Jitne paise aap ne insurance company ku diya utne paise aap waapas lesakte. Baaqi paise ka lena aap ke lia haraam he. Usku kisi faqeer ku de do swaab ki niyyat ke baghair.
