Q: Mufti Sahibm kya khulwat-e-saheeha ke mutaabik shaadi k baad hambistri nh hoski miss understanding ki waja se or talak hogya to usko kitna haq mohar dena wajib h According to sooreh BAKRA Ayat 238 me bayan kia gya h k humbistri nh howe to haq mohar ka adha dena hoga iski mjhe mazeed maloomat chahye.

A: Agar khalwat saheehah nahi huwi aur talaaq ki noubat aayi to mahr jo bataaya gaya uska nisf dena chaahiye. Aur agar khalwat saheehah hogayi to poora mahr dena chaahiye.
