Dafa hojao kehne se talaaq

Q: I have one question. Me and my husband used to say dafa hojao whenever we are having fight. Before two days, I was in hate and said to my husband give me a divorce je said dafa hojao as always he used to say this. I read yesterday it also count as talaq e bain I asked ny husband about his intension he said he didnt even know this dafa hojao also count as a divorce he said his intension was not for divorce please tell me is divorce took place?

A: No talaaq has taken place.
