Q: Arz ye he k mere sister ki shadi ko 2 years k arsa hone wala he or us k or us k shohar k darmyan izdiwaji talluqat qaim nahe howe hen jis ki waja shohar ki medical fitness he or tamam ghar walo ka zulm or ziadti he. Meharbani farma kr jald az jald written me fatwa arsaal karden. Mere 3 sawal he

1. Shohar talaq k waqt haq mehar dene ka pabnd he?

2. Doran iddat shohar naan nafqa de ga?

3. Shohar kehta he k me na haq me her do ga na naan nafqa. Is k baare me kia hukum he?

1. Izdiwaaji ta`alluq ne rakhne ka kya matlab he, kya khalwat huwi ke nahi. Agar khalwat huwi to aurat mahr ka mustahiq he.
