Intimacy with one's wife after issuing one talaaq

Q: A man issued 1 talaq. He was told that it is baain but still became imtimate with his wife. On reviewing the facts he learnt that the talaq was raji and not baain. Is the wife back into nikah?
A: If the talaaq was a raji talaaq, the through intimacy the talaaq was revoked.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
