Namaz ke liye nahi uth sake

Q: Maine Hayaatus Sahaabah (3 edition) me padha hai jiska mafhoom yeh hai ke ek martaba Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne Sahaabah se poocha ke aj kaun paheredaari karege to Hz. Abdullah ibn Masood radhiyallahu anhu ne kaha "Mai, Mai" Nabi sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne kaha "Tum, Tum" phir farmaya theek tum karoge. Yeh Sahaabi ko raat ke aaqir hisse me neend aagayi aur sab so gaye. Sahaabah farmate hai ke hum jab uthe jab suraj ki garmi humare jism par lagne lagi. Phir Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam uthke farmaye ke yeh Allah Ta'ala ke marzi se hua. Phir sab farigh hue aur phir Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne jamaat se namaz padhaye.

1. Kya yeh humaare liye theek hai ke namaz ki niyath se soye aur phir uth nahi sake aur uthne ke baad jamaat banaley agar jamaat ho tho.

2. Kya yeh mamla/masla sirf safar tak mahdood hai ya agar koi apne ghar par ho aur uth nahi sake tho kya woh dohrane par uske zimme namaz qaza karne ka gunah nahi padhta agarche uski niyath uthkar padhne ke thi masjid me jamaat se aur woh nahi uthsaka.

3. Agar is oopar ke dono sawal me ghar ho bahar safar ho ya nahi tab bhi kya hum jamaat bana sakthe ya aisi soorath me infiradi padhna namaz.

A:

1. Ye eik khaas soorat he jaha par Fajr namaaz keliye tamaam intizaam kya gaya. Aur intizaam karne ke bawajood aankh nahi khuli.

2. Agar musjid me jaa karke namaaz ne parha kisee maqool sharee uzr ki wajah se to gunehgaar nahi hoga.
