Hurmat-e-musaaharah being established by looking at the private part of a woman

Q: Does looking at the private parts of a woman also establish hurmat-e-musaaharah even if one does not touch the other person?
A: If one had seen the inner portion of a woman's private part with lust, hurmat-e-musaaharah will be established even though he did not touch her body.
The sign of lust being found in a male is that he has an erection or experiences movement in his private part.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
