Renting out bicycles for couples to go for rides

Q: My friends and I had a business idea to rent out bicycles for couples to go for rides by the beach or something. Like couples going for honeymoon etc... Is this buisness halaal?
A: The money earned will not be haraam, though we strongly disagree with this type of shameful conduct where the husband and wife both ride bicycles in public and the wife exposes herself before all and sundry. By you advertising your business in this way, you will be promoting this unislamic culture and you will be party to their sin. Hence, a Muslim should refrain from adopting this western, unislamic culture and firmly hold on to the islamic culture of hayaa (modesty) and shame.
