Washing the mouth in ghusal

Q:

Is the plaque (white dirt) that accumalates on the teeth neccesary to remove and the wax on the ears for Ghusl to be done?
Till which portion of the mouth is it Fardh to wash for Ghusl to be done?
Dirt stuck in between the teeth without removing them, will the Ghusl be valid?

Maaf for the Takleef, I always had doubts regaarding this, resulting in me spending lot of time doing one Ghusl.

A:

No.
Till before the throat.
If it is just a little of grime etc. then the ghusl is valid.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
