Contemplating Suicide

Q: I reaaly need help or i dont know when i will suicide.everytime i ask dua, the CONTRARY arises. and i dont have anything in this life and nobody. i dont know why most people make fun of me. i have nobody to support me and i failed in doing many things. many times i thought of suciding.my life is really dark.i cant see any solution.there are many things to tell but it will take pages.did allah curse me because when a people is at test, atleast he will help a bit not kill him like i am dying everyday. PLEASE ASK DUAS FOR ME. suggedt a solution if possible. yesterday i ask a dua that protect me from all bad people in the earth and today itself when i was in the bus stop, someone make a sign at me that he will kill me. so it is a curse. isnt it. but some people say that i am a good boy.

A: Allah Subhaanahu Wata’aala has created this world as an abode of trials and tribulations. Everybody in this world will be tested. Those who faced the greatest of tests were the Ambiyaa. The Hadith says: The Ambiyaa faced the greatest of tests, thereafter those who follow the the Ambiyaa in rank and so forth and so on. Allah Ta’aala wishes to see whether the servant patiently endures the test and constantly turns to Allah Ta’aala in worship and obedience. For those who turn to Allah Ta’aala and have hope in His mercy (and do not pay attention to people who mock and jeer at them), Allah Ta’aala will bless them with the boons and blessings of the hereafter. On the converse, if one gives up hope and takes his life by committing suicide, then in actual fact he is jumping from the frying pan into the fire. He is trying to save himself from the trivial worldly hardships through killing himself, but becomes deserving of the wrath of Allah Ta’aala and the severe punishment of the hereafter. You should not pay attention nor get affected through people’s opinions and comments because it is not possible for one to please everybody at the same time. Instead, we should be more concerned with pleasing Allah Ta’ala.
