1. If there is no trace of any impurity then he should not pay attention to it.
2. I have not come across any special significance.
3. Visit a doctor.
4. Recite رَبِّ إِنِّي لِمَا أَنزَلْتَ إِلَيَّ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَقِيْر after every namaaz.
5. Think of death seriously for half an hour in the mornings and evenings.
