Purchasing a computer programme in partnership

Q: A computer program is being sold for R100. A Hindu suggests that both of us will contribute R50 each, and then one of us will buy it. Hence, one person will buy it using the pooled funds. After the purchase, the program will be copied so we both have it individually. We therefore save R50 each. Is this type of 'partnership' permissible with a kaafir?

Hadith question

Q:

1. Volume 1, Book 12, Number 802 (Sahih Bukhari): Narrated by Abu Ma'bad (the freed slave of Ibn 'Abbas) Ibn 'Abbas told me, "In the lifetime of the Prophet it was the custom to celebrate Allah's praises aloud after the compulsory congregational prayers." Ibn 'Abbas further said, "When I heard the Dhikr, I would learn that the compulsory congregational prayer had ended."

Why don't people do loud zikr after prayer, and most people think that Barelvis do it and they think it is bidah. So what is the correct Islamic view?

2. Volume 1, Book 12, Number 747 (Sahih Bukhari): Narrated by Abu Huraira The Prophet said, "Say Amin" when the Imam says it and if the Amin of any one of you coincides with that of the angels then all his past sins will be forgiven." Ibn Shihab said, "Allah's Apostle used to Say "Amin."

How can we know that the imam has said amin after prayer if he does not say it aloud. So to follow this hadith the imam needs to say amin for us to say amin. So many imaams in Pakistan don't say the amin out aloud, and say it quietly. So why don't they say it aloud when the hadith clearly explains to say it aloud for the imam.

Haaji being turned back at the airport

Q: I want to ask you a very important question regarding Hajj as we are unable to find the answer to this problem. My parents were supposed to perform a Hajj this year, everything was set, they received their hajj visas, had their tickets booked too, but the day of their flight, a letter was issued by the government of Saudi Arabia that no more hajis are allowed to perform hajj after 5 Zil Hajjah. Hence, my parents returned home as the staff at the airport wouldn't let them go. My parents did the niyyah for hajj but hadn't worn their ihraam yet and decided to wear it upon reaching Dubai so that they could wear it from Dubai to Saudi Arabia. The question is whether they're supposed to pay kuffarah as a verse related to this is mentioned in Surah Baqarah. My parents are confused regarding this and seek guidance. Kindly guide us through this problem whether they should pay kuffarah and if so, what should the kuffarah be.
