Making a fake experience certificate

Q: I want to know about doing a course by showing fake experience certificate. I want to do a welding course, but for that you must have 3 years of welding field experience. But I am not in the welding field now. I work in a different field and if I go to a welding related job, then I can't get the salary I am getting now. It will be decreased to the salary of a freshman. Now I have 12000 per month salary, and in the welding job I wil get only 7-8 thousand. Can I show a fake experience certificate to the institute for this course? Will my salary be halaal?

Q: I did istikhara for a man whom I don't know anything about except his education and work. I spoke to him once and I felt positive vibes inside me. I then did istikhara to get Allah's guidance regarding this matter. I normally don't get vivid dreams and I didn't expect any dream after the istikhara. However, I dreamt that a group of men where  approaching me to attack/harm me. Kindly tell me what this means. Is it positive or negative?

Q: I have a question regarding my brother's marriage. Is it permissible to marry a girl whose father is doing a business not permissible in Islam (chit fund business)? Q: My parents sometimes ask me to do some work for them and it happens to be at the same time as jamaat salaat at the Masjid. If I do their work, I will miss salaat with jamaat and if I go to the Masjid, I can't do their work because it had to be done at that time. Should I do their work and miss jamaat or give preference to jamaat?
