Masah of the head

Q: When making wudhu, how should the fingers be positioned during masah of the head? I have heard some ulama saying masah of head should be made with all 5 fingers with an open hand, or some say masah of head should be made with 3 fingers (middle ring and baby fingers). Please advise.

Keeping two names

Q:

1) When 2 names are kept, eg Faathimah Zahraa, then is it fine -or not advisable- to call by only one of the names at times. Eg calling the child sometimes by both names, sometimes only faathimah, sometimes zahraa, is this fine?

2) When calling by both names together, would it be pronounced Faathima-tuz-zahraa', or Faathimah zahraa', or would both be fine to say?

Ambiguous words of talaaq

Q: I have read all the questions and answers on this website relating to talaak and Fasakh and the common factor is Intention. My question is, the husband must have intention when pronouncing divorce. What if the husband and wife constantly argue and the husband always tells the wife “I want you out of this house” “leave and never come pack” “I’m taking you back to your parents” "don't come back to this house". Can this be understood as a talaaq? How many times must/can a wife be told these words? Or should she just ignore them simply because the husband did not intend to pronounce divorce?

Differences in the sighting of the moon

Q: Our Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) split the moon. Why now is the moon splitting us? Is it a warning from Allah or is it that such splits are a normal part of our deen?

Christianity and Judaism

Q:

1. As we know, in comparison to all world views and the other Abrahamic religions, we are the Ummatan Wasataa. Jews have strict laws (kosher) but little Ilm, belief and theology whereas Christianity is mainly belief and theology but very little law. According to Islam, did Christianity originally have laws, halaal and haraam and/or is this modern day Christianity wrong and changed in the sense that they claim that all is needed is the belief in Jesus as the lord and saviour?

2. Out of all the faiths and beliefs, including Abrahamic faiths, Judaism is the most closest to Islam. If their theology, belief and creed is most similar to ours (Islam), why is it that they will suffer a more harsh and severe punishment in Jahannum?
